"Thoroughly enjoyed my short stay here. While they say it is a "tent" these are very spacious and luxurious accommodations. The grounds are nicely maintained and they arranged a hike / nature walk for me outside of the "wire" and provided the needed protection from the animals. The food was delicious and the staff caring and helpful. By all means stay here!"

Absolutely stunning place to stay. Amazing beautiful views with Lake Nakuru in front with Flamingos, Zebras and other wild birds and animals. The rooms are actual well design camps. So Big it’s unbelievable. Toilet, Shower and washing hand sinks are actually in separate rooms!! Very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. They put Mosquito nets at night. From the room you can walk straight out in the balcony and little forest in front, where you can see the lake and wild life.
Food was amazing. The Chef actually came to our table and took the list what we want to eat in the lunch and dinner. She actually cook very nice Indian food. My wife and Aunty went in for the cookery course in the afternoon with the chef. My daughter went for horse riding. We even went for swimming in the pool surrounded by nature! The staff were absolutely amazing and so welcoming. They would be at your service all the time. I have even used their message facility and it was amazing. Very good value for money.
We all really enjoyed the stay and would definitely go back there again. I recommend to stay there for at least 3 days and than go to Nakuru lake safari where you will be able to see lions and lots of Rhinos,Giraffes and various wild life.

Also our server Sam or Samuel too was excellent & always smiling & happy to greet us at the restaurant. Also the Housekeep staff & everyone were great."

The Camp Manager Elizabeth is very polite and helpful. She organised to get us swimming costumes outside the Camp.
I have now learnt how to swim courtesy of L. Elementaita Serena Camp swimming instructors, Gad and Brian. They were very helpful with the swimming instructions.
The food is good, freshly cooked and served in good portions.
Their rooms are spacious.
We were lucky to see Buffaloes and Zebras drinking water just outside the Camp's fence. There' also Impalas and Elands.

Stayed at this lovely luxury tented camp for one night and didnt want to leave. the service was impeccable. The staff were attentive and professional. We run into one or 2 minor issues which were promptly and apologetically addressed. The tents themselves are amazing. So beautifully decorated with well appointed high quality furnishings. The bed was super comfortable, I almost didn't want to get up. They are large, the bathrooms are massive and clean with great Elemis products for use. It was lovely spending time at the pool and I had one of the best hot stone massages I have ever had! And I get a lot of massages. I still think about it often. The masseuse here is top of the line. We had breakfast down at the lake one morning and it was indescribably sublime.
The manage Elizabeth was attentive and professional.
I was tempted to take a star away for the food because it was very mediocre and not very exciting at all. I had maybe 1 thing that I enjoyed but it was very forgettable. However everything else made up for it so it gets to keep that 5th star. I will be back here again for sure. And next time I'll stay for a few days

She planned our activities, bookings and just generally spent extra time and energy to make sure our stay and experiences were perfect! You also have to book a massage with Rose. It was definitely one of the best massages I have had in my entire life! I can’t mention everyone, but every single person there truly did everything they can to make you feel comfortable and happy! I would recommend this place to anyone!

The camp provides spectacular views of the lake and sleeping warrior along with the thousands of flamingoes. The rooms are palatial, well maintained and the staff is super friendly.
You feel special from the time you arrive and what surprised me was that I had my car cleaned for my return trip which was a first for me.
The food is great and would highly recommend this property for weekend adventures.
